After a sliding challenge late in the 2nd half, Xabi Alonso was seen grabbing the back of his right thigh. He was then replaced by Raúl Albiol at 81’. Xabi will miss the next league game anyway (Zaragoza on November 3rd) because he has accumulated 5 yellows so far.
