Earlier this week, the club announced the arrival of Emmanuel Adebayor, who will be on loan from Manchester City until the end of the season. Ade’s loan made way for Mahamadou Diarra’s transfer to AS Monaco.
El Larguero reports that two more roster changes could be made before Monday’s deadline. Real Madrid have received an offer from Chelsea for Pedro León. Two options have been laid on the table: a loan with an option to buy or a simple transfer. Real Madrid are expected to have an answer by Saturday.

El Larguero also announced that defender David Mateos is on loan to Greek club AEK Athens. According to the radio show, the loan has been confirmed, but I have not come across any official statement at the time of posting.

José Mourinho’s six titles in three seasons at Chelsea made the Portuguese the most successful head coach the English club has ever had. The League Managers Association on Sunday recognized Mourinho’s achievements; successes also celebrated and unforgotten by Stamford Bridge.
