A rumor published by Sport earlier today is making the rounds. In the article it says that Xabi Alonso is looking to not renew his contract with Real Madrid. In an interview with Spazio Milan early last month, Alonso’s agent, Iñaki Ibáñez, denied that his client was leaving Madrid.

Since the Spazio Milan interview was done last month, it is possible we could expect further statements from Alonso’s camp soon.
